5 stars without hesitation! We recently had a brand-new Kohler generator installed, and our experience with Perkins Generator Store has been outstanding from start to finish. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful.

We had a small issue with the generator and James came out on a Sunday to take care of it. He had a long drive to get to us, and even though it ended up being a very simple fix, he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional about the whole thing. We really appreciated him taking the time to come out on a Sunday and make sure everything was working properly.

Our Kohler generator is now working phenomenally well, and we feel very confident knowing we have a company like Perkins Generator Store behind it. Their customer service has been exceptional, and James in particular went above and beyond for us.

We have had a whole house generator for about seven years and it has been a great addition to our peace of mind. However the unit we bought from a well-known manufacturer has been riddled with problems and has needed frequent repairs and adjustments. We bought an expensive extended warranty from the manufacturer and subscribed to Perkins’ maintenance contract, so most of the costs have been covered, fortunately.

The best thing we did was hook up with Perkins. Their service is superlative, and their responsiveness to urgent situations is great. When the generator has become non-functional they can be counted on to get us on their priority schedule and resolve the problem promptly. No long waits for appointments. In addition their technicians are always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
