Thank you guys so much Mr.Thomas the service manager on EMS oncall took care of my elderly neighbor very well , he was respectful, patient as can be with someone whose elderly and very much so deaf by all means of the word , he came out on a holiday, showed up at 9:45pm and did everything he could to give my granddad a peace of mind so he could sleep without being worried about his expensive generator, guy did a kickzza job and I hope someone see's this and give him some extra incentive cause he deserves it .

We had our whole-house Generac generator installed by Perkins Generator Services in December 2025, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The installation crew—Corey, Aaron, Desmond, Marcius, and David—were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. They treated our home as if it were their own, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure everything was done right. They also cleaned up completely after the job was finished. Brian, our salesman, was equally helpful and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The Generac unit has been working perfectly. We already had the opportunity to see it in action when the electric company replaced a transformer near the street, leaving us without power for about 40 minutes. The generator kicked in within about 20 seconds of the outage—so quickly that none of our clocks even needed to be reset. We highly recommend Perkins Generator Services for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service.

We've been using Perkins for a few years. We've never had a bad experience. They're always professional. They send reminder e mails, are always on time, are informative about procedures, ask before they do something you will be charged for, and every employee that has been here is nice. Glad we found them!

We have used Perkins for more than 20 years since they installed our generator. Their service is always outstanding. Today James came out to address an issue with low oil pressure. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me so I would understand the work, and resolved it. He tested the system twice to be sure it would start and also set a weekly test day and time. Perkins is top notch. There are people are courteous, professional, and show up on time. They did the regularly schedule maintenance today. I’ve had this generator now for 6 years and never had one problem with it when I needed it to do its job. Thomas repaired my Generac Generator on 3.25.26. It was having some issues starting. Thomas quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He explained in detail why it wasn't starting and what he had done to repair it. It was a pleasure meeting Thomas today. I feel relieved that my Generator was repaired. Last Sunday the service notification indicated it had failed. Perkins sent a technician today (Wednesday) and he replced the burnt out Controller and a dead battery. Did a great job as always. My only beef is the appts are automatically scheduled and sometimes makes it difficult to make sure they have entry to property if not in town. Other than that I would highly recommend them.

We just purchased a propane fueled Generac generator from Perkins Generator Store and am extremely satisfied with the whole operation, from sales to install. There was an issue, in my mind, about placement. One must be mindful about the exhaust from the unit but this was not covered by the salesperson and I didn't think to ask. It can't be under eaves, in front of crawlspace vents, or within five feet of any opening into the house (windows, dryer vents, etc.) Definitely not a deal breaker. The crew was great and had the total install done in about four hours. And they cleaned up after themselves! Tommy Bellflower came by this morning to check for a propane leak I thought I smelled. He was there about 30 minutes after I called. Thankfully everything checked out ok. Anyone asks, I will highly recommend Perkins!

Love Love Love my 22kw Generac Generator. My service technician is Brandon. This man is hilarious, but at the same time, very serious and doesn't cut corners doing his job. My Generator has responded flawlessly over 8 years now due to superb maintenance checks and services. Just tell him where its at, and he'll "get-her-done". Love when my neighborhood into blackout, and my house is fully powered up 😁. Great investment that's worth every penny 👍.

Perkins employees have always been efficient, considerate, and very thorough - today was no exception! Josh was all of those things and may have saved us from a future disaster. During a scheduled check-up he tested the existing battery and found it was extremely weak. So he installed a new battery to make sure that we have electricity and heat during the cold nights ahead. Perkins has been maintaining my Generac standby generator for a number of years. The purpose of a home generator is to be ready when there is a power failure, so having the system in a ready and operable state is mandatory. With Perkins conducting semi-annual maintenance visits, I am confident my generator will be at optimal performance when it is called upon to provide back-up power. Their team members are proficient and qualified. Yesterday Josh serviced my unit and identified a weak battery, so he replaced it and I know the generator will be at tip top performance when severed winter weather occurs.

I asked Joshua to check the transfer switch, and it was working fine. Joshua also took the time to explain how to clear an over crank code if we ever get one due to extremely cold weather.
