Steps to Submit Your Rebate

Certified Decommission (Required)

A certified KOHLER dealer/installer must safely decommission the competitor‑brand generator, render it inoperable, and capture a confirming photo of the inoperable unit. Consumers should not attempt to disable, dismantle, or destroy equipment.

Complete Rebate Form

Visit KohlerGeneratorAdvantage.com to access the online form. Enter the registered KOHLER generator serial number and required consumer information. Include your preferred email for receiving the digital rebate.

Upload Required Photos

Your certified KOHLER dealer/installer must upload: (1) Competitor generator data tag showing model and serial number, (2) Decommissioned competitor generator, (3) Newly installed KOHLER generator.

Important Terms:

Online submissions must be entered no later than 60 days from installation.
Trade‑in generator must be a competitor-brand unit and must be decommissioned and rendered inoperable.
Trade-in unit may not be reused, resold, or installed at any site after removal.
Allow 5–8 weeks for processing. Rebate issued as a digital gift card catalog.
Offer valid for purchases in the U.S.A. and Canada only.
Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
Only end users are eligible—distributors, dealers, wholesalers, retailers, and e-tailers are not eligible.
